An in depth dive to discover what a habit is, how it works, and how they are relevant to every goal you set- whether that goal is to walk 1000 intentional miles, read 50 novels this year, make a financial goal at work, sticking with a holistic practice for yourself, learning to reign in reactivity and become more responsive with family and friends, hiking all the NH peaks, adjust in some way to a significant life transition- You name it- a goal can be ANYTHING and all it takes to reach it is defining your WHY and the HABITS that will get you there.

Depending on when you join, you will be a part of ONE of these cycles and likely part of a second one. Please note below the dates of the cycles: your FIRST CALL will be the first call scheduled after your sign up. (Please call/text/email if you need that adjusted a bit- lets keep making it as easy as we can!)
